Finishing Your Knits Part 1: Weaving & Seaming | April 15, 2023

Beginner/Advanced Beginners - confident in knitting garter and stockinette stitch. 

MATERIALS

• Light colored wool yarn (ideally worsted or bulky weight)
• Tapestry Needle 

DETAILS

Curious how the professionals finish their knits? Or perhaps just looking for a better way to weave in your ends or seam? I'll show you my tricks from "cheater" methods to the pros! 

HOMEWORK
Complete 3 swatches in a light colored, heavier weight yarn (recommended worsted or bulky weight).

Cast on 20 stitches
Swatch #1: Garter (all knit)
Swatch #2: Stockinette (knit a row, purl a row)

Swatch #3: Ribbing (k2, p2)
Work each swatch for about 3-4 inches.
Bind Off.
