LEVEL
Advanced Beginner/Intermediate - should feel confident with casting on, knit, purl and knitting in the round. Familiar with increasing and decreasing is recommended but not required. If you've knit a hat before, you can make these!
MATERIALS
- Approx 440 yards of Worsted Weight Yarn (NOT superwash) - Recommend: Lett Lopi (carried at Fiber Circle Studio)
- Needle Size 11 16" + 24"
- 2 stitch markers
- Row Counter

Need a comfy pair of felted slippers this winter season? Perhaps some of your friends and family need some too! ;)
Over this three week class, you'll learn how to knit these seamless slippers and how to felt them in the washing machine! These knit up super quick and the felting process is extremely fascinating! This is a great project in preparation for knitting socks!
HOMEWORK
1) Purchase pattern - https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/womens-felted-slippers
2) Complete a gauge swatch in garter stitch as follows: using yarn held double, cast on 18 stitches and knit for 24 rows. Bind off.
