Let's find your yarn and knitting/crochet supplies a new home and life! Please read ALL of the information below before making your appointment and submitting your seller agreement. Items are selected based on quality, yarn trends, etc. and will be paid out in store credit at the time of your appointment.

SELLER CHECKLIST

  1. Go through your stash and pick out items that match what's accepted (see below).
  2. Place all of these items in plastic bags or bins. It's helpful if they're sorted by quality but not necessary. 
  3. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT using our online calendar. (Appointments will open on April 20).
  4. FILL OUT & SUBMIT THE SELLER AGREEMENT
  5. Attend your appointment. If you can't make your appointment, please contact us or use your confirmation e-mail to cancel or reschedule so we can open your space to someone else.
  6. We will select the items we think we can sell.
  7. Based on a standard price sheet, you will receive payment at the time of your appointment in the form of store credit or you can donate your yarn and we’ll donate a portion of the sales to a local charity organization. 
What's Accepted for Store Credit
  • Yarns that are all-natural fiber or blended with synthetic.
  • Yarns must be un-used and can be in original form or caked.
  • Yarns must have the original label
  • Needle & Hook Sets
  • Clean project bags

What Accepted on Donation

  • Partial skeins
  • All synthetic fiber content
  • Yarn without labels
  • Circular Knitting Needles in either metal or wood
  • Straight WOODEN knitting needles - please note that we accept these on donation, we do not payout for straight needles.
  • Crochet Hooks

For the items listed above, we will either donate 50% of the sale to a local charity organization or put out for free.


What's NOT Accepted
  • Eyelash, boucle or novelty yarns.
  • Yarns without labels
  • Yarns that show signs of moths - read how to check your yarn for moths.
  • Partial skeins. If it's meant to be a 25 or 50gram skein that's okay! Just nothing that's been used.
  • Straight METAL knitting needles

Extra Details

  • We take submissions based on making an appointment on our online calendar. We will not accept walk-ins. If there are no bookings listed, we are FULL and no longer taking submissions.
  • Check submitted yarns for any signs of moths (broken yarn, grit and debris, dead moths, eggs). DO NOT BRING IN ANY YARN THAT HAS SIGNS OF MOTHS!
  • Place all yarn in either sealed bags or bins. Loose yarn not properly sealed will not be accepted. 
  • Payment in the form of store credit will be made at the time of your appointment. 
  • Fiber Circle Studio reserves the right to set the retail price.
  • If you don't want store credit, you can opt to have your earnings donated to a local organization focused on land preservation and art education (ask us for a list of places we donate to).
