Studio Policies + FAQs

Return Policy

Fiber Circle Studio does not issue refunds except for defective items.

Policy for returns for store credit or exchange vary on the items. Please see below for each item's policy. 

Fiber Circle Yarns and Malabrigo may be exchanged or receive store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Needles may be exchanged or receive store credit within 3 days of purchase. 

There are no returns, exchanges or credits for items from the local marketplace. This includes yarns, bowls, and kits from local makers.

There are no returns, exchanges or credits for gift certificates, patterns, or tapestry looms.

Class Policies and Cancellations

By signing up for a workshop at Fiber Circle Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure class can start on time. If a student arrives 15 minutes or more after the start of class, it is at the discretion of the instructor as to whether the student will be admitted. Please call if you’re running late. No refunds or studio credit will be given for late arrivals. 

Class fees are non-refundable, however you may transfer to another class or to studio credit if notice is given 7 days or more prior to the workshop. You may, however transfer the class to a friend. 

If there are materials, equipment or tools paid for at registration and you can not attend the class, request to receive the items must be made prior to the start of the workshop and will be available for 30 days. 


In the event that a class doesn't meet the minimum registration, we reserve the right to cancel up to 24 hours before the class and will offer a credit, refund or reschedule. 

For any classes that were cancelled as a result of COVID, will be issued a credit for 100% of the class fee. A refund, less the processing fees (5%) on credit card transactions, can be issued upon request. Funds will be returned either by PayPal or paper check. 

Membership Cancellation Policy

All memberships are non-refundable or transferable.

Do I have to be a member to have access to the Studio?

No, you can access the studio by paying our $20 Day Use Fee.

When does my Membership start and end?

Your memberships begins the day you sign up and runs for 30 days.

What is included in my membership?

You will receive access to the studio during studio hours. The type of access is based on your Membership.

What hours can I access the studio?

Sunday + Monday 11-3
Tuesday – Wednesday Closed
Thursday | Friday | Saturday 10 – 5

Can I share my membership?

Memberships are per person only and can not be shared..

What equipment do you have?

I want to use a weaving loom. How can I do this?

Please come in or call to reserve a loom. Reservations must be made ahead of time. You will get exclusive access to the loom for the duration of your membership, unless otherwise notified for the purpose of a workshop.

It's hard for me to make it to the studio during your hours. Can I take equipment home?

The equipment and tools are available for studio use only. This allows the items to be accessible to all members. In rare circumstances, certain items may be rented out for $45/week and a hold for the cost of replacement via check or PayPal.

Does the studio supply any materials?

The studio carries a small selection of dyes, yarns, and roving which can be purchased.

Can I bring my child?

We love children, however as the studio is a workspace, we ask that they are happily and safely occupied elsewhere!
