Return & Class Cancellation Policies

 * Product Return Policy

Fiber Circle Studio offers store credit only for returns - no refunds.

Policy for returns for store credit or exchange vary on the items. Please see below for each item's policy. All items must be in original condition to qualify for a return.

  • Yarn, bags, notions and kits may be exchanged for store credit only within 90 days of original purchase.
  • Needles may be exchanged for store credit only within 3 days of original purchase.
  • FINAL SALE on all books, patterns, sale items, handmade closet items and equipment.
  • Online Orders Online orders can be sent back at the customers expense for store credit or an exchange. We will provide a pre-paid return label for any orders over $100. Requests to return must be made via e-mail prior to shipping back. All other return policies (listed above) apply to online orders.



* Class Policies and Cancellations

By signing up for a workshop at Fiber Circle Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure class can start on time. If a student arrives 15 minutes or more after the start of class, it is at the discretion of the instructor as to whether the student will be admitted. Please call if you’re running late. No refunds or studio credit will be given for late arrivals. 


Class fees are non-refundable. Store credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift certificate that may be used on a future class, or in the retail store.

Below is the percentage of store credit based on the time frame of cancellation prior to the workshop. 
  •  7+ days  ~ 100% store credit
  • 3 - 7 days ~ 50% store credit
  • 72 hours or less ~ 30% store credit
  • No shows ~ No store credit.

EXCEPTION TO OUR POLICY
If you are not able to make a class, you may transfer your space to someone else. If we have a waitlist, we will contact our waitlist.  When notification is given less than 7 days leading up to the workshop, we can only issue a full store credit if your space is filled.


In the event that a class doesn't meet the minimum registration, we reserve the right to cancel up to 24 hours before the class and will offer a credit, refund or reschedule. 

* Private Lesson Cancellations

All lessons must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. Any cancellations or reschedules made 48+ hours in advance will be able to transfer their pre-paid fee to a new lesson. Any cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or less before their lesson, forfeit the fee. No shows will not receive any credit or refunds! 


* Membership Cancellations

Your membership may be cancelled at any time by writing a request to info@fibercirclestudio.com. Please give us 7-10 business days to process your request. Refunds will not be given for any memberships. In the event that you are charged for your subscription within the cancellation processing window, we will refund that months membership fee. 

* Retreat Cancellations

Each retreat has a unique cancellation policy. Please review the retreat listing for details.

* Party/Space Rental Cancellations

There is a $100 non-refundable deposit that is paid at the time of reservation (in some cases bundled into the rental fee). If cancellation is made 14+ days before reservation, refunds or store credit will be issued within 3 - 5 business days. Any reservations cancelled less than 14 days before the reservation are a forfeit. We offer a one time free reschedule if notice is received 14 or more days prior to your reservation. Additional reschedules will incur a $25 fee. Your reservation may be transferred to another person free of charge if we are given at least 24 hours notice with the new renter's contact information.
