Shipping policy

We ship all online orders within 3 business days via USPS or UPS.

Returns need to meet our Return Policy. Customer pays the return shipping fee. Returned items will be inspected for eligibility within 3 days of receiving the refund and is at the discrection of Fiber Circle Studio staff. 

If something arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please let us know within 1 week of expected delivery date so we can file a case with the carrier service. Customer must take photos of the package and damage in order to be eligible for assistance.
