Beginners and experienced weavers! 

MATERIALS (not included)

Project costs will vary. Instructor will contact you prior to the first class to discuss materials for your project. Floor looms will be provided for each student. 

DETAILS

In this mixed level, 8-session class, new weavers will experience the complete process of weaving on a loom from designing, calculating, winding a warp, dressing the loom… weaving and finishing a simple scarf.

Experienced weavers will learn how to design, plan, calculate, warp and weave a simple loom shaped tunic, top, vest, poncho, ruana, shawl or other garment.

No sewing experience necessary. Materials not included, costs will vary. Looms and tools provided.

Students may come in during open shop hours to independently work on their project.  If students don't finish their project by one week after the last session, membership with access to equipment is available.
