DETAILS

Are you ready to move beyond plain weave but intimidated by weaving patterns? We will learn all the parts to a pattern, how to center and balance your pattern, what is a block, and what are profile drafts. Join us as we dissect a weaving pattern to understand the parts and how they work together and how to make it fit with what you want to weave.

MATERIALS

Please bring a notepad, pencil, and ruler to class.

NOTE: There is no hands on weaving in this workshop. 

Ages: 18+
Skill Requirements: Basic weaving experience on a rigid heddle or shaft loom.
