THE CAPSULE SWEATER SERIES

Gayle (sweater series teacher) and Deborah (sewing series teacher) are collaborating to help you create all your wardrobe needs at Fiber Circle Studio in Petaluma this Spring.
A capsule wardrobe is a collection of thoughtfully curated, easily interchangeable items designed to maximize the number of outfits you can create.  Gayle is focussing on the knitted items and Deborah’s focussing on the sewing ones.  The idea is minimalist, seasonless and timeless pieces with an emphasis on quality over quantity.  BUT … if you design your own personal capsule, you get to express yourself with your own colour palette and design your own fabric choices (think of all the yarn and fabric choices you have access to - vs the off the rack defined ‘neutrals’). 
Join us on this adventure into perfect (for you) basics.

Prior to the first class, students will receive a detailed e-mail regarding information about each pattern, and what to expect as far as pattern styles, gauge and yarn choices!

The Perfect Tee (stripes optional) - Gullane Tee

MATERIALS (not included)

Part of this class is making sure you choose the right yarn for your pattern choice! Please come into the shop prior to the first class to pick out your pattern and yarn.

HOMEWORK

• Choose and purchase pattern from the list above.
• Visit Fiber Circle Studio for purchasing yarn OR contact us if you already have a yarn you want to use to see if it'll work for your chosen pattern.
• Gauge Swatch (will be sent prior to the first class).

Ages: 18+
